We deliver to most UK residential addresses. To check whether we deliver to your address, register your account, visit the Sayhilo homepage, and book your delivery. We aim to deliver your purchase on the same Day in all London area if the order placed earlier than 16 00 pm. On the other hand, if the order placed after 16 00 your order will be with you in next day till 11 00 am
Please be aware that, if the order given outside to London order delivery time would be taken between 2 to 6 days
If for some reason, we’re unable to deliver to your address, you can still use our Click+Collect service everyday between 8 30 am to 22 00 pm
Amendments
These Terms govern your use of the Sayhilo.com / sayhilo.co.uk and the apps (the “Website / APP”) and your relationship with Alkadox Limited (Sayhilo, we or us). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms please do not use the Website / APP. Please note that to buy any products on the Website / APP, you are required to register as an authorised user and additional Terms and Conditions will apply.

The Website / APP is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms.

Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the Website / APP. The changes will apply to the use of the Website / APP after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Website / APP and the Online Stores. If you continue to use the Website / APP after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website / APP indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms.
